In order for any business to thrive customers are key. Who are your customers? Where are they? Are they getting your message? We need to attract both those customers we know and enable customers we don’t know to find us. To get seen it is important to know whose attention you need to attract and how to attract it. The internet makes distribution of content and content publishing cheaper than ever. The other side of this coin is that it is now very hard to get customer attention because the competition on that attention is huge. This is why we need strategy and direction when acting –starting from marketing research; and carrying on with quality content which will be distributed through the most fitting channels.
